Angie
Insurance Coordinator
Duties include billing insurance, contracts, and scheduling appointments Angie has worked in the field of orthodontics and with Dr. Cacchiotti since 1997. Her favorite thing about the practice of orthodontics is seeing the patients’ self-esteem improve. Angie likes working with Dr. Cacchiotti because of his positive attitude and generosity. Her favorite things about her job are getting to know the patients and parents and working with such a great team.
Angie is a native of Odessa, Washington and has lived in Moses Lake since 1993. Angie and her husband, Scott, have two children, Sydney and Zachary. In her free time, Angie enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
Melissa
Administrative Assistant
Duties include marketing, scheduling, and coordinating benefits.
Melissa has worked for Dr. Cacchiotti since 2003. Her favorite thing about the practice of orthodontics is the positive change braces have on a person's life. Melissa enjoys working for Dr. Cacchiotti because of his easy going personality, great sense of humor, and dedication to orthodontics. Working in a positive environment with a great team is what Melissa likes most about her job.
Melissa is a native of Washington and has lived in Moses Lake since 1988. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys working out, sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Patsy
Administrative Assistant
Duties include scheduling and patient relations in Quincy office as well as bookkeeping and payroll for both offices.
Patsy has worked for Dr. Cacchiotti since 1995. One of her favorite things about the practice is seeing the positive outcome of orthodontic care on children as well as adults and how that affects their lives. Patsy appreciates that Dr. Cacchiotti is a very caring, kind individual that has a great respect for his patients. A fun, hardworking team is a very positive benefit of her job as well.
A native of Washington state, Patsy is married and has lived in the Quincy area since 1973. Family and friends are an important part of her life. In her spare time, Patsy enjoys gardening, winter sports and her home.
Debbie
Orthodontic Assistant
Duties include clinical assisting.
Debbie has worked in the field of orthodontics and with Dr. Cacchiotti since 1994. Her favorite thing about the practice or orthodontics is being involved with something that has such a positive effect on peoples' lives. She loves how a beautiful smile helps people feel better about themselves. Debbie states that Dr. Cacchiotti is one of the kindest, most generous people she has ever met. He has a terrific sense of humor and is a lot of fun to work with. She can't imagine a better boss!
Debbie and her husband, Matt, have two children, Bailey and Hunter. Debbie's favorite non-work activity is spending time with her family. She also loves waterskiing, wakeboarding, boating, mountain biking, working out, decorating her home, and anything "crafty." She enjoys being creative.
Janet
Lab Tech
Duties include making retainers and orthodontic appliances and helping out with sterilization.
Janet has worked for Dr. Cacchiotti since 1999. Her favorite thing about the practice of orthodontics is seeing the satisfaction a patient receives with their new smile. What Janet likes most about Dr. Cacchiotti is the relationship he has with patients and parents. Janet loves how well the office, including Dr. Cacchiotti, work together. She considers them family.
Janet is a native of Moses Lake, Washington. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing, boating, yard work, and spending time with family and friends.
Gina
Orthodontic Assistant
Duties include taking x-rays, before and after photos, patient adjustments, bonds, debonds, and sterilization.
Gina has been working for Dr. Cacchiotti since 2003. Her favorite thing about the practice of orthodontics is the relationships she builds with the patients and giving them something to smile about. Gina states that her favorite things about working with Dr. Cacchiotti is that he is very understanding, easy going, and has a great sense of humor. He is also very good to all of the staff, and she has never seen him mad. What Gina loves about her job is laughing with her patients and contributing happiness to somebody's day.
Gina is a native of Moses Lake, Washington. Gina in the youngest in her family and has five brothers, two sisters, and 22 nieces and nephews. She has a grandma who is 97 years old. Gina lives outside of Moses Lake on the weekends but chooses to stay and work for Dr. Cacchiotti during the week because she loves her job and all the fun she has with the girls in the office.
Gina's non-work activities include teaching and learning the art of dance, playing the piano, writing, photography, all types of music, working out, laughing hysterically, and spending time with family and friends.
Carol
Orthodontic Assistant
Duties include x-rays, pictures, impressions, adjustments, debonds, sterilization, and full bondings.
Carol has worked in the field of orthodontics since 1979 and has worked with Dr. Cacchiotti since 1999. Carol's favorite thing about the practice orthodontics is making a positive difference in peoples' lives by giving them a beautiful smile. What Carol likes most about Dr. Cacchiotti is his love for kids. Meeting new people and making a positive change in their lives is what Carol likes most about her job.
Carol is a native of Colfax, Washington and has lived in Moses Lake since 1971. In her spare time, Carol enjoys spending time with her grandkids, family and friends, and travel, travel, travel.
Carol and her husband, Jon, have three married daughters and 7--soon to be 8--grandkids.
Tami

Tami has worked in the field of orthodontics since 1981 and with Dr. Cacchiotti since 1999. Creating beautiful smiles and the transformation of a patient's self esteem is what Tami likes most about the practice of orthodontics. Tami's favorite thing about Dr. Cacchiotti is his great sense of humor, generosity, and dedication to excellence. Meeting new friends, interacting with all different age groups, and being a part of a great team is what Tami loves most about her job.
Tami is a native of Moses Lake, Washington and has lived in Moses Lake since 1955. Tami's family include her husband, Brian, and their two children, Courtney and Brady. In her spare time, Tami enjoys decorating, watching fast pitch softball, and spending time with family and friends, especially her three granddaughters.
Kimberly

Duties include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and answering phones.
Kim has worked for Dr. Cacchiotti since 2006. She loves seeing patients become more confident due to their beautiful new smiles. Kim's favorite things about Dr. Cacchiotti are that he is a great doctor, generous boss, and a really nice guy. Interacting with the patients and being part of such a great team is what Kim loves most about her job.
Kim is a native of Klamath Falls, Oregon and has lived in Moses Lake since 1995. In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with friends and family, sewing, collecting antiques, and playing the piano.
Rhonda

Rhonda has worked with Dr. Cacchiotti since 1995.
Rhonda is a native of Washington and has lived in Moses Lake since 1989. She has a son, Max, who is 21.
Annabelle

Annabelle is the newest member to our team. Creating a beautiful smile is what Annabelle likes most about orthodontics. Annabelle enjoys working with Dr. Cacchiotti because he has a great sense of humor, and he is very dedicated to creating a professional atmosphere. Working with the team and building a relationship with the patients is what Annabelle loves most about her job.
Annabelle is a native of Moses Lake, Washington. Her family consists of her husband, Chris, and two daughters, Maritza and Ashlyn. Annabelle's non-work activities include spending time with her husband and kids and traveling whenever possible.
Debbie G.
Orthodontic Assistant
Duties include chairside assisting and maintaining the Quincy office.
Debbie started working for Dr. Cacchiotti in 1995 when he purchased the Quincy office. She has worked in dentistry for almost 34 years, 20 of those years in orthodontics. As Debbie works part time both in a general dental office and in Dr. Cacchiotti's Quincy office, she enjoys the fast pace of orthodontics and especially watching smiles change.
Debbie was born and raised in Quincy, where she still lives with her husband of 25 years. They have three grown children and two beautiful grandchildren. When not busy at one of her many jobs you can find Debbie working in her garden, reading, shopping, traveling the world, or spending time with family and friends. She especially enjoys her "grandma days" when she gets to have Jaxon and Jourdan all to herself.
